• Chat messages and interactions with your AI assistant

• To provision and operate your dedicated AI assistant instance
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send transactional emails (welcome, receipts, alerts)
• To respond to support requests
• To improve the Service (using aggregated, anonymized data only)

3. Your Data Is Private

Each customer receives a dedicated database instance. Your documents, chat history, and business data are never shared with other customers or used to train shared AI models. Your data is yours.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure in the United States. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Google Cloud — infrastructure and AI (Gemini)
• Resend — transactional email delivery

Each provider has their own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to any third party.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.

7. Your Rights
