By accessing or using Business AI Assistant ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Business AI Assistant provides a private AI assistant platform for small and medium-sized businesses. The Service includes AI chat, document knowledge management, workflow automation, and related features as described on our pricing page.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system; (d) resell or sublicense the Service without written permission; (e) use the Service to train competing AI models.
You retain ownership of all data, documents, and content you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not use your data to train shared AI models or share it with third parties except as required to operate the Service.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Enterprise plans include a 99.5% uptime SLA. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Business AI Assistant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
